Return Process

  Securely pack your HIFI WALKER device in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals provided in the initial box.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
